This September, McShane's is supporting the efforts of Hospice of the Calumet Area. Since 1981, this not for profit organization has been dedicated to improving the quality of life through compassionate care for individuals and families facing an end-of-life illness.

Hospice of the Calumet Area is again hosting its annual cycling event that offers to casual and serious riders 25-mile and 62-mile routes through southern Lake County. Hospice Hustle 2010 will take place on Sunday, September 26th. Log on to their web site for more information.

Sunday, September 12, 2010 is the Northwest Indiana Walk MS Event. Walk MS helps raise critical funds that support research, education, and provide programs and services to help people with MS. McShane's is sponsoring a team for the event.
